Cross Country Camp
In both age groups, campers will do active warm-ups, core workouts, stretching, yoga, cross training, running workouts, & fun active games. Campers will get to hear local speakers each day who will cover a variety of topics to help athletes become more well-rounded athletes.
Campers in session A should bring their lunches and will eat around 11:30 each day. Session B campers should eat lunch prior to their arrival. Both groups of campers will be given snacks & water during their sessions.
Both age groups will listen to and participate in activities provided by experts from our local running community between 12 pm and 1pm.
Campers should bring a water bottle, running shoes, and running clothes.

LOCATION & CHECK IN: The Huizenga Tennis & Track Building (TNT) on the main campus will be the starting point each day. Camp will take place in the TNT, at the outdoor track, and at the Calvin Cross Country course. Check in on the first day will be outside on the north end of the TNT in Parking Lot 7.
